Empty promises right this way

1. Dozier has made many promises that remain unfulfilled till this day.

There have been promises of a play area, expanded driveways, repaired driveways, and much more. Some of the said promises remain unmet due to Gwinnett county ordinances.

Gwinnett ordinances can be found in the documentation download area of this website (Greenspace pdf is the document you want) and are word for word. We ask that you all please read these documents and if you have any questions to please submit them via the “Ask Us” page on this site.

2. With the development company no longer in business and Gwinnett county prohibiting us from any further development, we hope to put any issues or problems related to this subject to rest.

3. This issue from here forward will no longer be addressed within the community meetings. The reason for this is because we cannot do anything about it and considering that our meeting times are limited, it would be best for us to approach other areas of business.
