Social Committee
The purpose of the social committee is to serve the Pembrook
Farms community by bringing everyone together through events and social
awareness. The Social committee is responsible for the following items:
Set up social and holiday events.
Request to have all social event specific information posted to this Pembrook Farms website.
Submit articles to the Board of Directors regarding current and
upcoming events. Plan as well as take part in any socially coordinated events.

Welcome Committee
The purpose of the welcome committee is to provide a warm welcome to the new
residents of our community. This committee will also perform the following:
Present welcome baskets, Inform community members of the covenants of the community,
Take part in any coordinated community-wide activities Helping
other committees plan and execute social events.

Neighborhood Watch Committee
The purpose of the Pembrook Farms Neighborhood
Watch Committee is to serve the Pembrook Farms community by
Coordinating communications, projects and events to promote the importance of homeowners protecting
themselves and their families, neighbors and community from crime.
This Committee will research programs with law enforcement to implement within the community then
establish ongoing communication efforts with the authorities to report any suspicious
behavior noticed within the community.
The Neighborhood Watch Committee will submit crime awareness and safety related articles
to the communication committee for the Pembrook Farms newsletter and community website.
